Tim Fanning Associate Director
Tim has over a decade of consultancy experience. He works across the full range of our service areas, with a particular specialism in economic impact assessment and appraisal. His work often focuses on the development and application of bespoke analytical approaches and models.
He applies these approaches across a very wide range of sectors and policy areas, including arts and culture, tourism, access to finance, energy, land and property, the low carbon economy, and housing. Recent clients include the Tate, BT, the Barbican Centre, European Investment Bank, the Natural Capital Committee, Falkland Islands Government and the Institute of Cancer Research. He has also worked for Local Enterprise Partnerships, universities and major developers.
In his spare time Tim likes making noise on his guitar, travelling, spending time with his two young daughters and winding people up.
