Stuart Younger Associate Director

Stuart is an economic development consultant with ten years’ experience, initially working within local authorities. He is an experienced project manager working across a wide range of our public and private sector clients, and more recently with a number of Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs).

Stuart has worked extensively on studies supporting the development and evaluation of European funding programmes and projects, including managing the mid-term evaluation of the 2007-13 Yorkshire and Humber ERDF Programme.  He has a strong track record in making the case for funding investments, having assisted with bid development and underpinning economic modelling for three successful Regional Growth bids, which secured around £60m in total for activities in the Humber and Liverpool LEP areas.  Stuart also has a keen interest in the renewables sector and plays a key role in our economic impact work for a range of private and public sector energy partners, particularly around onshore and offshore wind.

Beyond economics, Stuart is a keen traveller, arts-lover and tennis fan.
