Stuart is an economic development consultant with over eight years experience, initially within local authorities. He is an experienced project manager and has worked with a wide range of our public and private sector clients.
Stuart has played a key role in many of our ERDF Programme evaluations, including mid-term Programme evaluations for the Yorkshire and Humber, North West and East of England regions. He has also applied this expertise to a range of wider ERDF support work, including scoping studies, project bid support and project evaluation. Stuart also has a keen interest in the renewables sector and has recently project managed impact assessments for proposed wind farms in the North West and Wales, as well as projects seeking to support and maximise renewables sector growth in the Humber sub-region.
Beyond economics, Stuart is a lover of all things cultural from high theatre to gigs in grubby Manchester bars.
