Ruth has a remit for a number of important functions including human resources, financial management and health & safety. She manages the day-to-day running of the company’s finances, monitors the budgets and provides financial reports.
Ruth has responsibility for the company’s quality assurance scheme, obtaining feedback from clients on completion of a study to measure their satisfaction with Regeneris’ work. This information is then utilised in a project review session with team members to look at how the service we offer could be improved.
As our health and safety manager, Ruth also maintains and reviews the various risk assessments and records for the office premises, ensuring that relevant legislation is complied with and that regular safety checks and training are undertaken. She has successfully completed the 5 day IOSH Managing Safely course together with First Aid and Fire Marshall qualifications.
