Oliver Chapman Consultant

Oliver has four years experience in economic development and regeneration.  He is a skilled economic researcher with a broad knowledge of socio economic datasets and analytical tools.

Oliver specialises in land and property projects and has delivered several projects for private sector clients helping them make the economic case for large scale developments. He also has strong expertise on high speed broadband. He has recently helped to develop the monitoring and evaluation framework for BDUK and supported Cumbria County Council and Birmingham City Council with their applications for public funding for broadband projects.  Most recently, he has managed a study in Cheshire, Warrington and Halton which assessed the potential economic, social and environmental impact of high speed broadband in the sub region.

Oliver has no intention of running any marathons in his spare time and hasn’t gone near a bike in years.
