Neil Evans Director
Neil is an economic development and labour market economist, with over twenty years experience. He has managed many major research, appraisal and evaluation assignments for Central Government, local authorities, and the private sector.
Neil’s main policy interests are focused on the economics of land and property, infrastructure and SME development. He also specialises in tourism and heritage. Major assignments he has recently completed included the mid-term evaluation of the West Midlands ERDF Programme, socio-economic assessments for Peel Development’s multi-billion pound Liverpool and Wirral Waters schemes and the preparation of the business case to support public sector funding of the proposed Stonehenge Visitor Centre.
Neil is an enthusiastic road cyclist and mountain biker in his spare time. In 2011 he competed in the Transrockies mountain bike race in Canada and the Three Peaks cyclo-cross race in Yorkshire.
