Margaret Collins Director

Margaret is an economist with over ten years professional experience working in both the private and public sectors. She specialises in managing major research studies including economic impact studies and evaluations as well as broader economic development research.
 
Margaret works extensively with the private sector on the economics of land and property, preparing economic impact assessments for employment and housing schemes, including the Nottingham Eastside and Twickenham Station EIAs. On behalf of the public sector, Margaret led the Hertfordshire Strategic Employment Sites Study and the West Essex Health Study which helped Harlow District Council to gain Enterprise Zone status. She has also recently led a high profile study on behalf of London and Partners which examined the economic contribution their business areas makes to the London economy.

In her spare time, Margaret can regularly be found with her local running club and enjoys competing in occasional races.
