Kate Downes Associate Director
Kate joined Regeneris in 2007 and has since worked extensively on studies relating to business support, innovation and impact assessment.
Kate is experienced in all areas of quantitative and qualitative research, with particular technical expertise in quantitative survey techniques and impact assessment. Kate has designed and implemented large scale surveys to inform commissions such as our strategic review of the national Knowledge Transfer Partnerships programme. Kate has made major contributions to many of Regeneris’ evaluation studies, most recently managing an evaluation of the North West Agenda for Change programme, and contributing to ERDF programme evaluations for the North West and West Midland regions. Kate also regularly uses her skills in financial and impact modelling to assist in project development and provide bid writing support.
Kate holds an MBA in Urban Regeneration and is an associate member of the Market Research Society.
