Jo Kelly Finance & Business Manager
Jo joined Regeneris in 2016 and is from a legal and property background, with many years’ experience in finance and HR. She manages the day-to-day running of the company’s finances, monitors the budgets and provides financial reports. Jo also fulfils the role of Company Secretary.
As well as having responsibility for HR, financial management and health & safety issues, she also administers the company’s quality assurance scheme, obtaining feedback from clients on completion of a study to measure their satisfaction with Regeneris’s work. This information is then utilised in project review sessions with team members to look at how the service we offer could be improved.
As our health and safety manager, Jo also maintains and reviews the various risk assessments and records for the office premises, ensuring that relevant legislation is complied with and that regular safety checks and training are undertaken.
In her spare time, Jo is a cryptic crossword enthusiast, an avid reader and music-lover with a particular fondness for early reggae, electronica and house.
