Regeneris Consulting has been appointed to produce a business plan for the Heart of the South West Local Enterprise Partnership board.
The Heart of the South West (HOTSW) LEP was established in 2011. Under the leadership of the private sector, the LEP is supported by the local authorities from Devon, Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay.
Regeneris was recently commissioned to lead on the development of the organisation’s business plan for the period to 2015. The work includes a review of performance and opportunities in a number of defined target sectors, development of new organisational structures and consideration of future projects which can be delivered by the LEP.
A core objective of the work is to achieve common consensus on the main investment priorities for the LEP going forward. Regeneris has been working in close partnership with the LEP Board and Executive Team to help achieve this objective. In addition to this, we have also recently led a series of stakeholder workshops across the HOTSW LEP area (attended by over 400 business leaders, individuals and representatives), designed to showcase proposals for the partnership and to gather feedback from attendees.
It is anticipated that the HOTSW LEP Business Plan will be complete in spring 2012.
