WMRO employed Regeneris Consulting to undertake a review of their first five years of operation and to set out a series of forward looking recommendations as it went into contract negotiations with its sponsors.
Our review looked at the range of functions and services it delivers to customers and at the management and organisational structure it has adopted. We reviewed management information, held interviews with partners, and undertook on-site review of the techniques and capacities it had at its disposal.
Our recommendations on how to enhance the quality and efficiency of operations were accompanied with advice on sharpening up the focus of the Observatory’s range of activities onto those where it could genuinely add most value to its customers.
