The Wembley Hotels Study assessed the demand and capacity for hotel and ancillary uses within the Wembley Regeneration Area, in response to a high volume of planning applications for new hotels.
We carried out a supply mapping exercise to identify existing and planned hotel rooms and spoke to local hotels to understand the strength of demand locally. We provided advice on the future requirement for hotels over the next 20 years backed up by quantitative forecasts.
The study is providing an evidence base for LB Brent which can inform decisions on future planning applications for new hotels.
