Outer London Fund Evaluation
The Outer London Fund (OLF) was launched by the Mayor of London in 2011 to strengthen the vibrancy and growth of Outer London’s high streets. The £50m fund was distributed over two rounds and invested in public realm improvements, business support, community events, and other targeted interventions.
Regeneris Consulting was commissioned to evaluate the overall impact of GLA’s investment over both rounds and look in more detail at specific impacts in particular areas. We also reviewed processes set up to run the programme and provided on-going support to help projects monitor and evaluate their performance.
Through our work we have identified key lessons learnt from the investment programmes. These findings have already been used to inform subsequent regeneration investments by the GLA and its partner organisations.
Regeneris has also seperately been examining the impact of the £70 Mayors Regeneration Fund.
