Out team was commissioned to undertake a mid-term evaluation of the achievements of London Thames Gateway Development Corporation (LTGDC) to provide evidence for the government’s Quinquennial review of Urban Development Corporations.
This involved a detailed review of organisational structures, significant internal and external consultation and review of performance against original baseline and objectives. The assignment culminated in recommendations for modifications to delivery to ensure LTGDC achieved its aims and objectives in the long term.
We were subsequently asked to undertake a statistical review of existing output data to help LTGDC modify its approach to monitoring and performance tracking.
