Tate is one of the world’s leading cultural institutions. Its four galleries - Tate Britain, Tate Modern, Tate Liverpool, and Tate St. Ives - and wide-ranging partnerships and outreach work make a significant contribution to the UK’s economy and society.
Tate asked Regeneris to examine this contribution. Our research considered the wider range of ways in which the Tate contributes to the UK’s economy, including its direct, indirect and induced footprint, its role as a visitor attraction and its effects on UK welfare.
